  • Download data: When you download MezbanPOS, we record your IP address, operating system/platform, and user agent for analytics.

Information we do NOT collect:

  • MezbanPOS is an offline-first application. Your restaurant data (orders, menu, customers, reports) stays on your local machine and is never transmitted to us. We have zero access to your business data.

  • To respond to your demo requests and inquiries.
  • To process your subscription and provide customer support.
  • To send you software update notifications (only if you opt in).
  • To track download counts and usage analytics in aggregate.
